The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room was very comfortable, with amenities such as heating and tea and coffee facilities. I also enjoyed the view from the terrace, where I could relax in the garden furniture and take in the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast offered here was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Great choice! We had booked two rooms but only one was available when we arrived. However, the hotel offered to pay for a room in the nearby hotel next door and even covered the price difference. The staff was very helpful and resolved the issue in the end. The location of Pousada Kaliman Premium was ideal, close to the Capivari touristic area. The breakfast was fair and the room was cozy and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

Celebrating New Year's was a great experience! the view from the room was breathtaking and the breakfast was a delicious way to start the day. the staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. the location was central, with plenty of activities to do nearby. the bed was comfortable, allowing us to rest well every night.

The Wi-Fi was not working consistently and the lighting in the room was not bright enough to read or work. parking was a bit difficult to find, which was a bit frustrating.
